The Mission StatementCatch 'Em Fast!

392 Baitz began in 2017 with one thing in mind, to catch more fish! Whether you are a competitive angler, guide or weekend fisherman we all share the same goal, put more fish in the boat. The water today is a very competitive place. It doesn’t matter what body of water you fish other fisherman have already exploited it. Anyone can scout from their cell phone on Google Earth and come up with a good plan before they hit the water. Fisherman are also finding ways to fish any day of the week.

You may think because you don’t see anyone in your favorite place on the weekend that you have it all to yourself. This couldn’t be farther from the truth! Fish are seeing lures passed in front of them regularly, and you know which ones they are seeing? The ones at the local sporting goods store in the standard colors and patterns. Don’t get me wrong, these baits still work! I too have been using them myself for a long time! However sometimes small changes make a big difference!

If you’re a fisherman you know you’ve been on the water having a tough day only to make a small change in something and it turns your whole day around! This is why I started my own bait company! Welcome to 392 Baitz!

Red Fish
392 Baitz was created to give anglers something slightly different. As our waters become more crowded fish become smarter and won't just bite anything. There is a good reason why old lures don't work as well as new lures. New baits are much more detailed, color matched and have better action than older lures. If old worked better than new we would still be throwing the same lures as our parents and grandparents used a long time ago.Jake Impastato
